Yes, reflexology is generally safe during pregnancy. I simply ask that you wait until after your first trimester. During your session, I’ll also avoid certain reflexes that are contraindicated during pregnancy, so you can relax knowing your treatment is tailored with care.
-
Reflexology is generally safe for many people; however, it may not be suitable for everyone. You should avoid reflexology or consult a qualified healthcare professional before booking a session if any of the following apply:
Foot injuries or conditions such as fractures, sprains, open wounds, ulcers, severe bruising, or recent surgery affecting the feet or ankles
Infections or contagious conditions, including fungal infections, skin infections, or active inflammation of the feet
Circulatory disorders, such as severe varicose veins, thrombosis, or a history of blood clots
Certain medical conditions, including uncontrolled diabetes, severe heart conditions, or serious neurological disorders
Recent surgery or acute illness, where the body may still be healing.
Reflexology should always be adapted to the individual. Clients are responsible for informing their reflexologist of any medical conditions, medications, or changes in health status prior to each session. Reflexology is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

I’m currently in training to become a certified reflexologist. To complete my certification, I need to offer 70 sessions, and I’m happy to share that I’m already halfway there.
While I finish my training, I’m offering sessions at a reduced rate to help get my practice started.
Thank you so much for supporting my journey and trusting me with your care. I’m excited to share this practice with you!

This 90-minute session is designed to deeply relax and balance your body. The first hour focuses on dry reflexology, performed without oil to work directly on your reflex points. The final 30 minutes include four targeted acupressure points chosen specifically for your needs, followed by a soothing oil massage to release tension and leave you feeling renewed.
